Alpha 4

I was working on an update a while ago but I haven't worked on this in forever. Still nowhere near fully functional but here's a slightly better version!

I can't remember all the changes but the most major ones should be:
+ Menu screen
+ The majority of the powerups are now functional (if you can guess what they do still no descriptions)
+ Fire and slow debuffs now cause particle effects
+ General bug fixes
+ General balancing
